If we are able to accommodate your request, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation & Invoice at this email address. If you do not receive a Reservation Confirmation & Invoice within two weeks, please call 612-872-5166.

By submitting a Ticket Request Form, you have identified yourself as Group Lead and agreed to abide by Final Numbers/Cancellation Deadline (six weeks prior to performance) and Payment Deadline (four weeks prior to performance). The exact dates of your Final Numbers/Cancellation Deadline and Payment Deadline will be listed in your Reservation Confirmation & Invoice.

Subsidy applicants, please note:
  • If you are approved to receive a Ticket Subsidy, discounted prices will be reflected in your Reservation Confirmation & Invoice.
  • If you applied for a Transportation Subsidy, you will receive a separate email stating whether or not you were approved.

We look forward to seeing your school at Children’s Theatre Company for a 10:30 a.m. Student Matinee.

Your Ticket Request Form has been received and will be processed by our Student Matinee Coordinator. If we are able to accommodate your request you will receive a Student Matinee Reservation Confirmation and Invoice via email. If you do not receive confirmation within two weeks after submission of your request please call 612.872.5166. (Please note submission of a Ticket Request Form is not a guarantee of a reservation).

As a reminder by submitting this Ticket Request you have agreed to confirm your final numbers 6 weeks prior to the date of the performance (via email) and submit your final payment 4 weeks prior to the date of the performance (for quick and easy processing please pay by credit card if paying by check please allow extra processing time and be sure to always include your account number and order number) The exact due dates for your specific performance will be outlined in the Reservation Confirmation and Invoice.

Subsidy and Special Request Approval Process:

Ticket Subsidy: prices will be reflected on your Student Matinee Confirmation and Invoice.

Transportation Subsidy: funds will be granted beginning in June. You will receive an email stating you are approved (approved applicants will need to submit a Transportation Reimbursement form online and send in proof of payment 30 days after the date of your performance. Denied applicants will receive an email stating your subsidy request has been denied (once all funds are granted) at which time you will be placed on a waiting list.

Lunch Space: you will receive a separate Lunch Space Reservation Confirmation if space is available or a Lunch Space Waiting List Confirmation if all spaces are full.

Special Needs: A note will be made in your Ticket Order and we ask that you confirm your request 2 weeks before your scheduled performance.
