Through our Lab Program, we offer to those who simply know ‘theater is it’, a comprehensive cohesive program that will give them the tools needed to compete at a university or professional level. The design of the program is simple- each Lab will work through the fall and winter sessions- sharpening skills in an intensive conservatory-style program. Master classes and artist hours with visiting industry professionals will contribute to their overall experience. In March, these students will work together to create the Festival Lab. A series of 10 minute pieces, written by our PlayRite Lab, directed by our Directing Lab, performed by our Acting and Dancer Lab and premiered on one of our professional stages.
To schedule an audition or interview for the Pre-Professional Lab Program please contact Sean Nolan at 612-879.5685 or snolan@childrenstheatre.org.
