About the ACT Pass program for Community Groups - Tickets

Eligible ACT Pass Community Groups may access select performances and coordinate families to attend a show together, as a group. ACT Pass group tickets are packaged for 10 or more participants and cost $5 per ticket.

CTC invites eligible organizations directly serving low income youth, mentors, and families to apply for the ACT Pass for Community Groups. CTC's ACT Pass program increases equity and inclusion by providing over 10,000 subsidized tickets to audiences traditionally excluded from professional arts experiences due to economic and opportunity disparities. If your organization has funding already to support community programming or outings, please choose our Group Sales discount program.

Because we also have an accessible student matinee program, school groups and school-based parent associations are not eligible for the ACT Pass to public shows.

How does it work? ACT Pass community group leaders will receive emails for shows throughout the season (one production at a time) with available performances to Community Partner groups. Community partners may reserve and coordinate group trips for at least 10 and no more than 50 youth, mentors, and families served by their organization.

Reservation Details: ACT Pass community group leaders respond to the email choosing a performance to attend with their constituents. ACT Pass performances may be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Please reply as soon as possible with a reservation request. After confirming the availability of the selected show for a reservation, the ACT Pass group contact will sign-up families to attend. Children 3 years and younger require a Lap Pass which is also $5.00. Please make sure to include lap pass numbers with your reservation.  Note: seats are assigned. Please break down your attendees by family groups in order to reserve tickets appropriately for families and/or maintain adequate ratios of adults to children in your seating section.

Payment Details: Final reservations and payments are due 2 weeks after booking, or 10 days prior to your performance, whichever is sooner. The primary group contact will receive an invoice with payment instructions after finalizing numbers for the reservation.
