Year-end data from CTC’s annual, voluntary, anonymous ACT One staff diversity surveys will be reviewed in aggregate and used to track CTC's diversity profile as a whole and within functional areas. CTC recognizes the importance of fostering diverse and inclusive environments in the workplace. CTC aims to break down historical barriers in our field and to include more people who reflect the diversity in our community, focusing on people of color, people with disabilities, LGBTQ individuals, and others who have been underrepresented at our institution.
