We know that classroom numbers are still changing and therefore, this number is an approximate. This number is only used for grant purposes.
Why do we need this information? Each classroom will need an individual password to access the space. To keep this as easy as possible for your students, we will use the teachers last name as the password for the students to use. Providing an email allows us to communicate this information directly to each classroom teacher. The group leader will still act as the representative for the school.

- Students/schools will have access to the video anytime during the selected timeslot. The performance video will NOT be available until 12:00am on the first day and will expire at 11:59pm on the closing date. Activities, videos, and curriculum will be available before and after the performance concludes.
I have read and understand the Weekday Student Matinee ticketing policies that govern all student matinee ticket sales. I understand that the video performance and activities are intended for use by my classroom/school only and will not share these materials with anyone outside my 2nd grade community.
I understand that submission of this Request Form is not a guarantee of reservation. If I do not receive a Confirmation via email within one week, I understand that it is my responsibility to contact the School Engagement Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
