Why do we need this information? Each classroom will need an individual password to access the space. To make this process as easy as possible for your students, we will use the teachers last name as the password for the students to use. Providing an email allows us to communicate this information directly to each classroom teacher. The group leader will still act as the representative for the school. Students/schools will have access to the video anytime during the selected time slot. The performance video will NOT be available until 12:00am on the first day and will expire at 11:59pm on the closing date. Activities, videos, and curriculum will be available before and after the performance concludes.

Ticket Subsidies

Subsidized prices are available to school groups that have at least 20% Free/Reduced Lunch enrollment. See a full breakdown of prices here.

Required Acknowledgements

I have read the Student Matinee Ticketing Policies that govern all Field Trip sales.
I understand that the video performance and activities are intended for use by my classroom/school only and will not share, download, or distribute these materials with anyone outside of my school community.
Cancellation deadline is 2 weeks prior to performance. When that deadline passes, I am responsible for payment.
Payment is due one week prior to performance. I will not receive information about how to access the performance until payment is processed.
This Ticket Request Form is not a guarantee of a reservation. If I do not receive confirmation from CTC within one week, it is my responsibility reach out to schools@childrenstheatre.org.
All sales are final. CTC does not provide refunds or exchanges if anyone is absent on the day of performance. CTC does not provide refunds or exchanges if my school group does not access the performance on the designated dates.
