Meet the 2025-2026 Acting Cohort
Posted on July 18, 2025
At Children’s Theatre Company, we believe in meeting the moment—and right now, the Twin Cities is home to a vibrant, thriving community of early-career actors. That’s why we’ve reimagined our traditional Performing Apprentice program and launched a new Acting Cohort model.
“This shift allows us to focus our resources on nurturing local talent, offering meaningful performance opportunities, and investing in the artists who are shaping the future of our theater community. We’re excited to welcome eight incredible Twin Cities-based actors into this inaugural cohort and to support their artistic journeys in the place they call home.” -Rick Dildine, Artistic Director, and Alli St. John, Casting Director/Associate Producer

Theo Janke-Furman is a Twin Cities-based performing artist originally from Saint Paul. He holds a B.A. in theatre from Northwestern University and has most recently performed in Theater Latté Da’s productions of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella and Passion. Theo grew up on CTC productions and is thrilled to be a part of this year’s cohort! See him on stage in Treasure Island, Sept. 9-Oct. 19, 2025.

Logan Lang is thrilled to be working with CTC this season. He has had the pleasure of performing with Twin Cities theatres in productions such as Red Speedo (Walking Shadow Theatre Company), The Ferryman (Park Square Theatre/University of Minnesota B.F.A.), Much Ado About Nothing, and Romeo & Juliet (Frosted Glass Creative). When he’s not on stage, Logan enjoys spending time with friends and family—or chasing after one of his seven dogs. See him on stage in Treasure Island, Sept. 9-Oct. 19, 2025.

Ebony Ramquist is excited to join the CTC community! She’s lived in Minnesota for many years with her husband and children. As a music and art loving family, you can catch them unwinding from the day by drawing, singing, or designing dance moves while making dinner. She’s enjoyed working in a variety of positions as a teacher, singer, public speaker, and stay-at-home mom. Her theatrical acting journey began last year with The Ordway Center for the Performing Arts as a GreenRoom Fellow. This year, she had the opportunity to perform in the Dowling Studio as a member of the 2025 Guthrie Actors Lab. Ebony is thrilled to continue her education and training with the CTC Acting Cohort. See her on stage in Dr. Seuss’s How the Grinch Stole Christmas!, Nov. 4, 2025-Jan. 4, 2026.

Ben Glisczinski is thrilled to be a part of next season’s Acting Cohort. He hails from Duluth, where he grew up birdwatching, mountain biking, and camping. When he isn’t on stage, he can usually be found in an audience. In the last year, he learned how to string a banjo, tap a maple tree, and finally enjoy olives. After a two-year break from auditioning, in which he moved to Minneapolis and immersed himself in the fast-paced world of quilting and embroidery, he is currently understudying Harold Hill in The Music Man at Lyric Arts. Ask him about recipes for summer squash! And see him on stage in Dr. Seuss’s How the Grinch Stole Christmas!, Nov. 4, 2025-Jan. 4, 2026.

Zachary David Hodgkins is thrilled to be back at CTC as a non-student actor! He took a five-year hiatus to briefly study musical theatre at the University of Miami, and then study acting with the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities B.F.A. program. His favorite credits from CTC include Peter Pan, Sneetches, and The Abominables. Aside from being an actor, Zack is also a substitute teacher, climber, cat owner, and dessert enjoyer. See him on stage in Go, Dog. Go! • Ve Perro ¡Ve!, Jan. 20-Feb. 22, 2026.

Outside the theatre, she serves as the communications coordinator for West Side Community Organization.
