Work With Us
Be a part of the nation’s leading theatre for multigenerational audiences! Children’s Theatre Company has set standards of excellence in the quality of its productions, commitment to new work, innovative education programs, and community partnerships.
CTC is dedicated to increasing equity, diversity and inclusion in our audiences, in our programs and in all of our hiring for staff and artists, and the recruiting of board members. CTC is committed to a future where our theatre is a home for all people, all families, and is truly reflective of our community.
Auditions for youths (student actors) between the ages of 8 and 18 are held at various times during the year depending on the needs of each production. Typically, we hold auditions anywhere from 6-9 months in advance of the production’s first rehearsal. The student actor positions are unpaid.
Auditions for adult Equity and non-Equity actors are held periodically throughout the year. Adult actor positions are paid.
All auditions are also on MinnesotaPlaylist.com.
