Grilled, bone-in chicken from Tree Range farms, served with organic roasted vegetables and herbed pearl couscous, served with a creamy tarragon champagne sauce.
Sirloin with French Potato Salad
Peterson Farm’s grass-fed Sirloin, grilled medium rare, sliced and served with warmed French potato salad, and roasted seasonal local vegetables with fresh herb chimichurri. GF, DF
