This free field trip opportunity is only available to 2nd grade students (special arrangements are made for multi-age classrooms).

In order to keep these performances accessible to students, CTC student matinee pricing applies to a maximum of 1 adult per 5 students

Anticipated # of 2nd grade students*

Please attempt to only reserve the tickets you need. Reserving significantly more seats than you will use prohibits other groups from attending. Student seats can be added at any time as long as tickets are still available.

Performance Preference

Performance times are at 10:30am and 12:30pm. The show is an hour long without an intermission. Some schools will need to be accommodated in the 12:30pm performances. Please indicate below whether or not this will work with your school's schedule.

Access Needs

Children's Theatre Company is committed to ensuring that field trips are successful for all students. To help us do so, please indicate any access needs you would like us to be aware of such as visual or hearing impairments, mobility limitations, sensory issues etc.

Transportation Arrangements

I understand that CTC will make transportation arrangements and provide me with a confirmation of our bus reservation. I will NOT request a bus through MPS or any other bus company.*

For example, if you are not allowed to leave the building for a field trip prior to 10am or have to be back in the building by a specific time.

I have read the Student Matinee Ticketing Policies that govern all Student Matinee performance sales.

If I need to drop seats or cancel my reservation, I will notify CTC ASAP to ensure other students can enjoy the performance.

This Ticket Request Form is not a guarantee of a reservation. If I do not receive confirmation from CTC within three weeks, it is my responsibility to reach out to schools@childrenstheatre.org.

CTC does not provide refunds or exchanges if anyone is absent on the day of performance. CTC does not provide refunds or exchanges if my school group is unable to attend our scheduled performance for any reason.

I understand that I am responsible for my students' behavior during the field trip and will communicate and share this responsibility with the other adults and chaperones in our group.
