Posted on April 14, 2025
Looking for more ways to bring the magic of Disney’s Frozen into your day? Whether you’re counting down to seeing the show or just can’t “let it go,” we’ve got you covered! From making your own snow to sipping frozen hot chocolate and playing games, these fun activities will keep the Frozen spirit alive at home.
Activity—Homemade Snow
“Do you want a build a snowman?” Even though it’s warm outside, we can have SNOW much fun inside, too!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of baking soda
- ½ cup of hair conditioner (use one that’s white so it really looks like snow!)
- Optional: Mini snowman building materials like ribbon or yarn for a scarf, beads or buttons for “coal” buttons, toothpicks for stick arms, a slice of carrot for a nose, etc.
Equipment
- Large bowl
- Spoon
- Plastic tub or large pan
Instructions:
- Mix baking soda and hair conditioner together in a large bowl.
- Stir your mixture with a spoon until it takes on a crumbly texture. The “snow” will feel a bit like sand and should be moldable with your hands.
- Once you’ve reached the desired texture, scrape the “snow” into a plastic tub or onto a large pan for play time!
Clean up:
- Surfaces can easily be cleaned with a quick wipe down or a vacuum if it gets on the floor.

Game—“Uh Oh, Olaf!”
Uh oh! Olaf is all over the place…again! Can you put him back together?
Here’s what you’ll need:
- The “Uh Oh, Olaf!” PDF
- Scissors
- Painters tape (or other wall-safe tape)
- A blindfold (if you don’t have one, you can just close your eyes!)
- 2-4 players
Instructions:
- Print out the “Uh Oh, Olaf!” PDF and cut out his body from each page. It’s okay to leave a little bit of white paper around each part!
- Tape Olaf’s head, upper body, lower body, and feet to the wall so he looks put together.
- Put tape on the back of Olaf’s arms, buttons, hair, and nose.
- Put on the blindfold (or just close your eyes) and have someone spin you around a few times.
- Do your best to put Olaf back together again! Repeat the game as many times as you want.
