This MEA break, students in grades K–5 can unleash their creativity at CTC’s action-packed theatre camps.

Children’s Theatre Company (CTC) Theatre Arts Training program offers classes and camps that provide an immersive exploration of acting, voice, and movement training.
Our MEA day camps give kids the chance to express themselves, build teamwork skills, and dive into creative activities—all in a safe, supportive environment. With hands-on theatre games, collaborative projects, and plenty of laughter, students will leave inspired and energized.
MEA Camps for Grades K-5
Pirates and Mermaids (Grade K)
‘X’ marks the spot as campers go in search of pirate treasure and nautical adventures. Who will you meet along the way? Mischievous merfolk? Silly sea monsters? The story is yours to steer!
Magic Academy (Grades 1-2)
Wands at the ready, it is time for school. Join the inaugural class of the first school of Witchcraft and Wizardry…in Minneapolis! Decide the name of the school, discover original houses, and imagine new ghosts and magical creatures.
Backstage Crafting (Grades 2-3)
Calling all builders and makers. Let’s make stuff! This camp is perfect for the student who is interested in making all the cool props and design elements you see on stage. Anything is possible if we have duct tape, cardboard, and paint!
The Greatest Showman (Grades 4-5)
“Come alive” and celebrate what makes you different through musical numbers and choreography from the smash-hit movie The Greatest Showman!
