Focus Group Pre-Registration Survey

Thanks so much for your interest in participating in our focus groups. The one-hour meeting will be facilitated by a WolfBrown consultant. Interview participants will be selected based on their availability and experience with CTC programs.

You must have reliable internet and a video camera on a computer, laptop, or tablet and be able to participate from a quiet location. Participants will be provided with a $75 Visa e-Gift Card and four ticket vouchers within 10 days of completing the focus group.
