Welcome to the Event Memo form! Please fill out below.
The purpose of an Event Memo is to inform internal employees of an event that will be taking place at Children’s Theatre Company. This should not be the first round of communication between the people that will need to be available for set up or strike. This document should be completed and sent out to all employees one to two weeks prior to the event taking place but should serve as just a memo or notice of the event for all employees. Please ensure that your event has been requested and approved on the appropriate calendar and all employees that will be involved in the event, or set up and strike of the event, are notified and plans have been made prior to this form being sent.

Please note: Once you click submit, your Event Memo will be sent to all staff. You will also receive a copy of your submission. Should things change significantly, you should reply all to the Event Memo in your email and update all staff with changes.
