Research Pre-Registration Survey

Thanks so much for your interest in participating in our assessment  research. Participants will be selected based on eligibility and availability.

You must have reliable internet and a video camera on a computer, laptop, or tablet and be able to participate from a quiet location. Participants will be provided with a $75 Visa e-Gift Card and four ticket vouchers for a performance in our 2024-2025 season within 10 days of completing the interview.
