Planned Giving

Estate gifts are critical to ensuring CTC’s future in our community and our continuing leadership in the field of multigenerational theatre. As a member of the Encore Circle, your planned gift becomes part of CTC’s endowment, a fund that is invested to generate sustainable income for the important work we do each day. Your gift serves as an enduring legacy of your generosity and ensures that CTC can empower the generations of today and tomorrow.

For more information on gift planning or to let us know you’ve already included CTC in your estate plans, please contact Vera Jane Lee, Associate Director of Development, Individual Giving, at vlee@childrenstheatre.org or 612.872.5195.

Why We Give

Lindsay Kruh

It’s important to know that I can make a small difference in continuing the work that has been meaningful to me. CTC brings opportunities to so many children and families who might not otherwise be able to experience the arts.”

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I establish a planned gift with CTC?

You can establish a planned gift for CTC by simply naming Children’s Theatre Company (EIN 41-1254553) as a full or partial beneficiary of your will, IRA, retirement plan, life insurance policy, trust, or donor advised fund. There is no minimum amount required to build a legacy.

Once you have established your gift, please let us know—we would love the opportunity to recognize your generosity.

What kind of impact can my planned gift make?

When you become a member of the Encore Circle, your gift becomes a part of CTC’s endowment, a fund that is invested to generate sustainable income for the important work we do each day—educating, challenging, and inspiring the young people on our stages, in our classrooms, and throughout our community. Generations of young people will benefit from your generosity and your belief in the power of transformational theatre experiences.
