Virtual Academy classes for Grades 7-12 are designed for students to participate independently from their home. Class will include warm-ups, large group activities, small group work, and opportunities for independent creation. Some classes feature individualized coaching or opportunities to record work to share with their teacher, classmates, and/or family.
The script gives us the words to say, but what are we supposed to do with our bodies? Explore different acting approaches to not only thinking and speaking in character, but moving and responding in interesting and authentic ways. By recording your work and reviewing in class, you have the opportunity to see how your physical choices appear to your audience, receive feedback, and adjust as needed.
