This supportive and encouraging class is designed for students who are looking to build a strong foundation in dance. Students will explore the fundamentals of rhythm, coordination, and body awareness while learning basic techniques used in musical theatre and dance. Through guided exercises and simple combinations, students develop strength, flexibility, and confidence in their movement. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to try something new and have fun moving.
